Terms and Conditions — 777xd Pakistan Gaming Platform

1. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account at 777xd, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is a hard minimum with no exceptions.
• You are accessing 777xd from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is not prohibited by local law applicable to you as an individual.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 777xd employee or business partner involved in the operation of the platform.
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party. All account actions — deposits, bets, withdrawals — must be performed by the registered account holder personally.
• You have not previously been excluded from 777xd or had an account closed for terms violations.

777xd reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Accounts where age cannot be verified to our satisfaction will be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings generated by an under-age player will be forfeited without compensation.

2. Account Registration

When you register with 777xd, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number or email address, and any other information we reasonably request during the registration or verification process.

You are permitted to hold one account only. If you attempt to open a second account, or if our systems detect that two accounts share the same identity, device, payment method, or household, 777xd may close one or both accounts and forfeit any balances held in duplicate accounts.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone under any circumstances.
• Any activity on your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify 777xd support immediately.
• Account details including your registered name cannot be transferred to another person. Accounts are non-transferable.
• You must notify 777xd promptly if any of your registered information changes — particularly your mobile number or email address, which we use for security communications.

777xd may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time we deem appropriate. Verification documents may include a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photo ID. We may also request proof of your payment method.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at 777xd are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your 777xd balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank IBFT deposits typically credit within one to two hours. Card deposits are near-instant.
• 777xd does not charge any fee for deposits. Your payment provider's standard transaction fees, if any, are separate and your responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• You may only withdraw funds to the same payment method used for your deposit, unless otherwise approved by our support team following a verification review.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 10 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank IBFT transfers process within two hours. Card withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on your bank.
• 777xd reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal delays.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

777xd offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion, in addition to the general rules set out here.

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable to first deposits only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. The bonus percentage and maximum PKR amount are stated on the registration and promotion pages.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. The default requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless specified otherwise on the promotion page. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, or the bonus and any associated winnings will expire.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Cricket betting and card games typically contribute 100%. Ludo and Roulette contributions may vary and are detailed on each promotion page.
• Bonus Abuse: 777xd actively monitors for bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, strategic betting patterns designed purely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other activity that in 777xd's judgement constitutes unfair exploitation of promotional terms. Where abuse is detected, bonuses will be removed and accounts may be restricted.
• Promotional Modifications: 777xd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

5. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all markets at 777xd. Game-specific rules for Cricket Betting, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Ludo, Roulette, and other products are available within each game's dedicated rules section on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet that has been accepted and confirmed by 777xd cannot be changed or cancelled by the player, except where a specific cash-out option is offered and the player exercises it before market settlement.
• The minimum bet across all markets at 777xd is Rs 200. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the point of betting.
• In the event of a void market — such as an abandoned cricket match where no result is achievable — all bets on the voided market are returned to players in full. Live bets already settled before the abandonment stand.
• 777xd reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of a technical error in odds, where odds were clearly published incorrectly due to a system fault, or where the integrity of a market has been compromised.
• Bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent payment methods will be voided, balances forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant authorities.
• In-play (live) betting odds reflect conditions at the time the bet is placed. There is no right to void an in-play bet on the basis that conditions changed immediately after placement.

6. Fair Play and Account Security

Maintaining a fair gaming environment for all players is a core commitment at 777xd. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all funds:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in odds to guarantee profit. Any such exploitation must be reported to 777xd immediately rather than used for personal gain.
• Collusion with other players in card games, Ludo tournaments, or any other competitive format — including sharing information about hand contents, coordinating betting strategies, or deliberately losing to benefit a third account.
• Use of VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location.
• Sharing your 777xd account with any other person, whether for the purpose of betting or any other activity.

777xd employs automated detection systems and manual review processes to identify suspicious account activity. Where a violation is confirmed, the platform's decision on the appropriate action — including void, suspension, or permanent ban — is final.

7. Privacy and Data

The collection and use of your personal data by 777xd is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at 777xd.ws/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also accept our Privacy Policy in its entirety.

In summary, 777xd collects personal data necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, and fulfil our regulatory and legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies strictly as required to provide our services and meet compliance obligations.

Your transaction history, betting records, and communication preferences are stored securely and encrypted using industry-standard SSL protocols. You have the right to request access to your personal data at any time by contacting support@777xd.ws.

8. Responsible Gaming

777xd takes responsible gaming seriously. Gaming is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. It should never be treated as a source of income or as a way to recover money that has already been lost.

The following responsible gaming tools are available in your 777xd account settings at all times:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately once set. Increases to existing limits require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Timers: Set a maximum gaming session duration. You will receive a notification when your session limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 months. The account will be inaccessible during the entire cooling-off period without exception.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or long-term exclusion from all 777xd services. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months. All active bonuses and pending promotions will be voided upon self-exclusion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777xd's total liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 777xd is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment — arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
• 777xd does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected technical disruptions may occur. Where a bet is placed during a technical fault that materially affected the outcome, 777xd will review the affected bet and reach a fair resolution.
• Losses from genuine game outcomes — where the game operated correctly and the loss reflects a fair result — are not refundable under any circumstances.
• 777xd is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

10. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time.

You may close your account by contacting support@777xd.ws. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet wagered through) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time. Pending bets will be settled according to their market outcomes before any final balance is returned.

777xd may close or suspend your account if you:

• Breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Engage in or are suspected of engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
• Are found to be under 18 years of age
• Attempt to open or operate more than one account
• Engage in any form of cheating, collusion, or system abuse

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, 777xd reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is involved, the matter will be reported to relevant authorities.

11. Amendments to These Terms

777xd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make a material change, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 777xd platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.
